Hematite is a healing crystal gemstone made up of iron. It's used to treat leg cramps, blood disorders (blood clots, anaemia), nervous disorders and insomnia.
Hematite, is also known as a stone for the mind. It's said to increase mental clarity, knowledge and original thinking. It eradicates limitations and inspires confidence in the user. It's said to attract “kind” love and provides tranquility and emotional clarity.
It's usually grey – black, brown – red or metallic in colour.
